Policies

DEPOSIT INFORMATION:

 

All of our deposits are processed through our office. Please send us a WhatsApp message about payment and we will send you the link to pay your deposit.

 

If we don't receive a deposit from you for your booking, we will contact you directly within the day that the appointment is booked to arrange payment. 

Otherwise, we will hold your booking for 24 hours without a deposit before it is canceled.

CANCELLATION: 

 

Please note that a booking closes 3 hours before the session starts.

We value your business and ask that you respect the studio's scheduling policy. 

 

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation with less than 24-hour notice is subject to a $50 cancellation fee. We will send you the link to pay the cancellation fee. 

Sometimes things come up on short notice. If this is your case, please call us as soon as possible if your cancellation or rescheduling will be less than a 24-hour notice. 

Failure to honor our policies could result in the forfeiture of future services.
