All of our deposits are processed through SunCash. Our SunCash profile address is Please download the app to ensure secure, easy payment.

Once in the app, please use your date and time of service as the Reference Number.  Should you prefer to do a bank transfer, please send us a message on WhatsApp so that we can provide you with our banking details.


If we don't receive a deposit from you for your booking, we will contact you directly within the day that the appointment is booked to arrange payment. 

Otherwise, we will hold your booking for 24 hours without a deposit before it is canceled.



Please note that a booking closes 2 hours before the session starts.

We value your business and ask that you respect the studio's scheduling policy. 


Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation with less than 24-hour notice is subject to a $25 cancellation fee. We will direct you to SunCash to pay the cancellation fee. 

Sometimes things come up on short notice. If this is your case, please call us as soon as possible if your cancellation or rescheduling will be less than a 24-hour notice. 

Failure to honor our policies could result in the forfeiture of future services.
