Acne and other imperfections on the face is one thing. Having them on your back is another! This 5-step facial includes the following: • Hot steam to open up your back's pores so that they can absorb our skincare products more easily • Deep cleanse that removes all dirt and debris that you miss during routine baths or showers • Exfoliation that sloughs away dead skin cells • Extractions of any elevations that came up during the earlier steps will occur • End your backcial with a mask and balm that seal your skin's moisture and locks in essential ingredients that make your back smooth, supple, and clear! DEPOSIT INFORMATION: All of our deposits are processed via our online platform. Please send us a message on WhatsApp so we can send you the link to make your deposit. Should you prefer to do a bank transfer, please send us a message on WhatsApp so that we can provide you with our banking details. If we don't receive a deposit from you for your booking, we will contact you directly within the day that the appointment is booked to arrange payment. Otherwise, we will hold your booking for 24 hours without a deposit before it is canceled. Please see our cancellation policy below. CANCELLATION: Please note that a booking closes 2 hours before the session starts. We value your business and ask that you respect the studio's scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation with less than 24-hour notice is subject to a $25 cancellation fee. We will direct you to our link to pay the cancellation fee. Sometimes things come up on short notice. If this is your case, please call us as soon as possible if your cancellation or rescheduling will be less than a 24-hour notice. Failure to honor our policies could result in the forfeiture of future services.
